Maitrayee Bose

Maitrayee Bose received an undergraduate degree in physics (B. Sc.) from Fergusson College, Pune India. She obtained her Masters (M. Sc.) from University of Pune, India with a specialization in Astrophysics.

At present, she is pursuing a doctoral degree in Physics at Washington University in St. Louis. She is working with Dr. Thomas J. Bernatowicz, Dr. Christine Floss and Dr. Frank Stadermann on presolar silicate grains. She will identify and characterize circumstellar silicate grains using the NanoSIMS and Auger Nanoprobe.
