This is a series of annual workshops alternately taking place at Clemson University and at Washington University. Most workshops have been between Clemson and Washington University with a few additional participants from other institutions. Four meetings, at Clemson in 1990 and 1995 and at Washington University in 1993 and 1996 have been larger conferences.
