Symposium Banquet As part of the symposium, there will be a banquet at 6 pm on Friday evening (March 7, 2003), to be held in Washington University's elegant Holmes Lounge in Ridgley Hall. The cost is $60 per person which includes meal and beverages. Please indicate on the registration form how many banquet tickets you would like to purchase. Since the space at the banquet is limited, tickets will be awarded on a first come, first serve basis. Please also indicate your meal preference on the registration form.
